Joyteractive is hiring a Producer to join the Cryptogram product team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding product development, from market research and metric analysis to roadmap execution.
What You'll Do
- Supervise one of the key areas of product development for Cryptogram.
- Conduct market research and analyze the competitive landscape.
- Analyze product metrics to inform decisions and measure success.
- Formulate product hypotheses based on data and oversee their implementation with the team.
- Develop and execute the product roadmap from the product perspective.
What We're Looking For
- Solid and successful experience in mobile game development as a Senior/Lead Game Designer or Producer/Product Manager.
- Solid knowledge of mobile games trends, features, and monetization trends.
- Solid knowledge of game and product design principles.
- High analytical skills and the ability to analyze the market.
- Exceptional organizational and work structuring skills.
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages.
Nice to Have
- Experience in casual/puzzle games development.
