What You'll Do
- Pass orders in conformity with sourcing plans, using electronic catalogs where possible.
- Support the procurement department by discussing needs with other teams and providing assistance to suppliers.
- Assist in purchasing products, equipment, and services.
- Follow up on goods delivery according to process and Michelin Purchasing Principles.
- Monitor orders from initial request through delivery plans.
- Solve blocked invoices caused by price and quantity discrepancies.
- Help the team resolve difficulties related to deliveries.
- Send necessary information to suppliers, such as requester and delivery address details.
- Archive administrative documents.
What We're Looking For
- Good communication skills in English.
- A young graduate or current Master's student.
- Passionate about learning more about business and procurement processes.
- A curious and organized approach to work.
- Good experience with MS Office.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the Polish language.
