Grifols is looking for a Procurement Excellence Manager to lead efforts to standardize and optimize procurement processes, policies, and master data across the industrial organization of our Biopharma division. You will play a key role in driving collaboration, mitigating supply chain risks, and achieving savings through strategic purchasing initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Carry out joint Purchasing actions and Supply Chain Risk Mitigation activities.
- Define and maintain the Master Data Maintenance Procedures within the industrial organization of the Biopharma division.
- Define and maintain Master Data standards within the industrial organization of the Biopharma division.
- Define and maintain Purchasing Policies and Procedures within the industrial organization to align business needs, ensure efficiency, and standardize processes across all companies within the Division.
- Identify areas of collaboration among Purchasing units to achieve savings and more advantageous conditions.
- Identify main Supply Chain risks and implement necessary action plans for mitigation.
- Rationalize IT systems to comply with defined Policies and Master Data.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience in operations or process excellence.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Team player with the ability to gather multiple perspectives and combine them effectively.
- Capacity for innovation and generating new ideas.
Team & Environment
You will work with various Purchasing departments within the Biopharma Division, and collaborate with Purchasing, Quality, R&D, Production, and IT departments.
