Gatekeeper is hiring a Procurement Consultant - REMOTE (UK)

Responsibilities

  • Lead initial discovery projects with new clients, facilitating sessions to identify business goals, current challenges, and desired transformation outcomes.
  • Evaluate client preparedness for change by analyzing organizational structure, processes, and capabilities, then advise on closing identified gaps.
  • Create clear transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps that align client goals with measurable success metrics across the engagement lifecycle.
  • Promote modern procurement practices by constructively questioning requests to preserve outdated workflows that hinder efficiency or value delivery.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors throughout the customer journey, offering strategic input that aids retention and uncovers expansion potential.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews during project execution to ensure alignment with the agreed transformation plan and correct deviations when necessary.
  • Serve as a decision point for resolving strategic misalignments during implementation, coordinating with technical and account teams to balance client needs with transformation goals.
  • Run strategic initiatives for existing clients, including innovation workshops showcasing AI features and supporting renewal or upsell discussions.
  • Design and refine transformation frameworks, such as workshop guides, discovery checklists, and change readiness assessments.
  • Support the advancement of professional services by sharing insights on transformation trends and suggesting improvements to client engagement methods.
  • Coach Solution Engineers in consultative techniques and transformation principles to strengthen service delivery.
