Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to help our largest enterprise customers maximize their investment and achieve their business goals on our platform. You will act as a technical expert, ensuring successful implementation and long-term value.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Diagnose and resolve complex platform integration, configuration, and performance challenges.
- Translate customer business objectives into technical solutions and best practices using Procore's platform.
- Drive high adoption rates by educating customer teams on features, workflows, and APIs.
- Collaborate with internal Engineering and Product teams to escalate issues and influence the product roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Customer Success Engineering).
- Proven experience troubleshooting complex SaaS platform issues and managing technical escalations for enterprise clients.
- Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.

This is a remote position open to candidates located in the United States or Canada.
