Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to help our largest enterprise customers maximize their investment and achieve their business goals on our platform. You will act as a technical expert, ensuring successful implementation and long-term value.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
Diagnose and resolve complex platform integration, configuration, and performance challenges.
Translate customer business objectives into technical solutions and best practices using Procore's platform.
Drive high adoption rates by educating customer teams on features, workflows, and APIs.
Collaborate with internal Engineering and Product teams to escalate issues and influence the product roadmap.

What We're Looking For

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Customer Success Engineering).
Proven experience troubleshooting complex SaaS platform issues and managing technical escalations for enterprise clients.
Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
