The Process & Performance Manager Logistics will lead logistics process design and digital transformation at Satair, an Airbus company, with a focus on end-to-end process ownership, change management, and integration with IT and cross-functional teams. The role drives logistics modernization, including transitioning from SAP WM to EWM, and supports global warehouse operations with a digital mindset.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of logistics processes in Copenhagen and globally
- Develop and further evolve logistics processes
- Drive change and transformation on the core logistics backbone (transition from WM to EWM)
- Lead the interface to IT to implement changes for business continuity
- Integrate with functions (customer-facing teams, supply chain, quality, product management) for smooth end-to-end process design and execution
- Support operations with expertise, resolutions, and training
What We're Looking For
- Logistics knowledge and experience (3+ years)
- Experience in warehousing (inbound/outbound), shipping, and transport
- Hands-on SAP WM/EWM skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English

- Aviation-specific knowledge

- Academic background in Logistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar
