Satair A/S was looking for a Process & Performance Manager Logistics

As the Process & Performance Manager Logistics, you will shape the future of global warehouse operations by leading the evolution of logistics processes and digital systems. Based in Copenhagen with international reach, you will play a central role in transitioning from SAP WM to EWM, ensuring seamless integration across functions and regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and advance logistics workflows in Copenhagen and across global sites
  • Lead the shift from SAP WM to EWM, aligning IT and operations for long-term business continuity
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams, supply chain, quality, and product management to design efficient end-to-end processes
  • Provide expert guidance, problem resolution, and training to support daily operations
  • Act as the primary link between logistics and IT for system-driven process improvements

Qualifications

You bring at least three years of logistics experience, with direct involvement in warehousing, shipping, and transport operations. Proficiency in SAP WM and EWM is essential, along with strong English communication skills. A background in supply chain, industrial engineering, or business administration is advantageous. Experience in process or project management, particularly within aviation, strengthens your profile.

Work Environment & Benefits

This role operates primarily onsite in Copenhagen with flexibility for remote work up to two days per week. Occasional travel to European, US, or Asian warehouses may be required.
