LEGO is looking for a Process Introduction Technician to help validate and introduce new products and processes into our manufacturing environment. In this hands-on role, you will serve as a key support partner to engineering, helping to optimize production efficiency and minimize issues.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the validation of novelties and first-time makes for the operational area.
- Assist engineers with developing and implementing new or modified production processes, tools, and equipment.
- Support engineering in improvement projects and the implementation of Engineering Change Requests (ECR’s).
- Update and maintain data reports from validation records and line recipe standards as part of change management.
- Identify and document operational control standards and test equipment to assess conformance with engineering specifications.
- Look for opportunity areas to improve processes and settings.
- Identify risks and deviations in the introduction and launch process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical production line problems to minimize finished item rejection levels and production rate impact.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the NPI and Engineering department, which serves as the bridge between development and Packing Production.
