Tetra Pak is hiring a Process Engineer to join our team. This is an introductory position where you will work independently within project and pre-project teams, receiving coaching from colleagues and mentorship is recommended. You will contribute to our mission of making food safe and available everywhere, protecting food, people, and the planet.
What You'll Do
- Develop technical solutions in L0-L3+ projects alongside senior associates.
- Provide support in issue and claim resolution within project work.
- Participate in technical discussions with customers and end suppliers for engineering parts.
- Validate and review technical solutions for engineering parts.
- Create customized technical solutions aligned with Tetra Pak strategy, standards, and methods for process design.
- Produce drawings and specifications on time, with correct quality and at specified cost.
- Travel to customer sites as needed for installation and commissioning phases.
- Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak.
What We're Looking For
- A University Degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Food Technology Engineering.
- 0-3 years of full-time relevant experience.
Nice to Have
- Proven process engineering experience within the dairy, beverage, or pharmaceutical industry.
- An understanding of the design and assembly of process equipment and machinery.
- A genuine interest in working on different project phases through to commissioning.
- Demonstrated technical skills and understanding of installation needs and customer site operations.
- Project management skills and the self-drive to work autonomously.
- An open approach with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across geographies.
- An openness to learning new technology.
