Genpact is seeking a Process Developer for our Actuarial team, supporting the Property & Casualty (P&C) domain. You will deliver actuarial solutions to clients by executing data-intensive tasks, analysis, and report generation to support pricing and reserving activities.
What You'll Do
- Perform focused, data-intensive tasks including compilation, validation, reconciliation, manipulation, and transformation to prepare data for analysis.
- Undertake allocation of data acquisition, calculation, and reporting production tasks to support pricing and reserving, ensuring strong quality control.
- Perform preliminary analysis and ensure data accuracy and readiness for actuarial modeling.
- Execute routine work assignments utilizing actuarial software and Excel template-driven models.
- Validate data, review data trends, generate actuarial reports, and make adjustments to templates and data when appropriate.
- Compile reports or exhibits for supervisor review.
- Measure performance of actual vs. plan, perform initial analysis to identify drivers, and flag events for further review.
- Create technical documentation for the actuarial analysis performed.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business, Risk Management, or a similar field.
Nice to Have
- Completion of 2-3 exams from the Actuarial Institute of UK/India or equivalent Society of Actuaries (USA) exams.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Additional experience with SQL Server, Power BI, R and/or similar applications.
- Ability to work occasional extended hours and travel on business as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong business, collaboration, and time management skills.
