The Wellness Technology Specialist, Data Infrastructure will lead strategic development and continuous enhancement of our organizational data ecosystem, focusing on platform scalability and technological interoperability. This pivotal role will collaborate with diverse stakeholders supporting contractual, analytical, and economic initiatives from conceptualization through implementation. Primary Responsibilities: - Serve as technology expert for data components, emphasizing multi-system data management and warehousing - Integral leadership team member aligning technological strategies with organizational objectives - Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to mature data architecture and platform solutions - Drive continuous improvements in data quality, governance, and security - Manage cross-functional product requests and stakeholder expectations - Facilitate communication between business and technology teams - Engage with internal/external healthcare technology partners - Contribute to operational and workflow strategies - Resolve complex technological challenges Qualifications: - Comprehensive understanding of healthcare technology ecosystems - Expertise in product management within value-based care technology - Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - Technical proficiency in database concepts and SQL - 3+ years experience in data architecture/engineering - 3+ years product/program management experience Interpersonal Attributes: - Adaptable to geographically distributed teams - Open to collaborative input - Eagerness for continuous learning - Ability to manage multiple priorities - Meticulous attention to detail - Strong problem-solving orientation - Exceptional written/verbal communication - Self-motivated collaborative approach Communication Platforms: - Gchat - Video conferencing - Email - Salesforce Case Management Compensation Range: $112,000 - $125,000 base salary, with potential 15% annual bonus and restricted stock units. Compensation determined by experience, education, and geographic considerations.
