Join 615 Unisys Limited (U.K.) as a Principle Product Manager. In this role, you will align secure, cost-effective solutions to client needs, provide strategic advice on modernization and operations, and drive business development within the financial services sector. You will act as a key subject matter expert and work collaboratively across teams to support client objectives.
What You'll Do
- Understand customer goals, conduct discovery sessions, organize demos and workshops, and communicate recommendations.
- Align secure, cost-effective solutions to client needs, contribute to proposals, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain expert product and industry knowledge, act as a subject matter expert, and provide client-driven feedback.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Account, Delivery, and Product teams; participate in account planning and team onboarding.
- Provide strategic advice on modernization, outsourcing, and operations to support client objectives.
- Recommend and implement collaborative strategies for solutions and offerings.
- Facilitate alignment among clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Apply banking expertise to sales and promotional efforts.
- Pursue business development and identify growth opportunities in FS Solutions, BPO, and CPF.
- Define, position, and price financial solutions; conduct client and market analyses.
- Oversee daily FS solution operations, ensure service quality, and address issues promptly.
- Co-lead marketing and go-to-market campaigns to boost market presence.
- Use market intelligence to inform product vision and strategy.
- Develop business plans, go-to-market approaches, and compelling value propositions.
- Contribute to pricing strategy and ROI improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years’ experience in the financial sector, especially in banks, mortgage, or fintech.
- Proven record in banking consultative sales.
- Detailed knowledge of UK and European banking regulations.
- A consultative, analytical, and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Native English proficiency.
- Commercial awareness, teamwork, leadership, initiative, and goal orientation.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% regionally.
Nice to Have
- Broad knowledge of digital payments, core banking, BPO, and digital banking.
- Experience in Cloud or SaaS technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, analytics, and AI applications in banking.
- Spanish language skills are advantageous.
