About the Role

Autodesk is hiring a Principal Partner Solution Specialist – AEC Core Products. In this role, you will develop and deploy enterprise-wide partner strategies to drive systemic growth for our AEC core product portfolio. You will set benchmarks for pipeline forecasting, lead transformational sales initiatives, and influence Autodesk’s global partner ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Set pipeline and forecasting benchmarks across partner tiers, leveraging enterprise-level insights to guide decisions.
  • Architect transformational go-to-market initiatives and drive systemic partner-led growth strategies.
  • Establish frameworks for repeatable sales plays and scale best practices across geographies and partner segments.
  • Lead global collaboration efforts across functions and business units, shaping enterprise-level partner engagement.
  • Influence Autodesk’s partner strategy through deep market intelligence and lead executive-level partner advocacy.
  • Shape enterprise-level collaboration between Autodesk sales teams and strategic partners to drive systemic alignment.
  • Deliver high-impact insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and strategic initiatives to guide global execution.
  • Lead cross-functional integration across marketing, customer success, and operations at scale.
  • Establish standards for consistent messaging and strategic communication across geographies, partner tiers, and business units.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 7 years of proven sales and/or partner sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or sufficient related work experience.
  • Ability to influence and motivate without direct authority.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • A proactive approach, flexibility, and the ability to operate in a constantly changing environment.

Benefits & Compensation

  • For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $126,200 and $226,160. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target.
