JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-functional technology projects and programs impacting clients, employees, and stakeholders across Corporate Technology. In this role, you will break down business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks while navigating ambiguity and driving change.
What You'll Do
- Co-lead the annual planning cycle for Corporate Technology, setting standards, calendars, and guardrails.
- Enhance the governance operating model for Corporate Technology's portfolio; ensure investment decisions align with strategy and financial targets.
- Deliver authoritative, executive-ready insights across budget vs actuals vs forecast, value realization, delivery health, and risk posture.
- Streamline portfolio processes end-to-end (intake, prioritization, approval, tracking).
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Business Management to align on priorities, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Embed strong controls in portfolio processes; maintain audit-ready evidence, lineage, and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutions.
- Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques.
- Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments.
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives.
- Ability to lead complex technology project and program execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks.
- Experience partnering with key stakeholders to guide selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms and software tools.
- Ability to deliver continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies.

This role is part of the Portfolio Management & Governance team within Corporate Technology, reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management & Governance for Corporate Technology.
