Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, cross-team initiatives with a focus on delivering high-quality results on schedule by applying advanced forecasting, risk assessment, and intake management.
- Quickly grasp the scope, technical demands, and risks of new and ongoing programs, dive into operational details, and proactively address challenges while maintaining alignment with strategic goals.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with leaders and teams in engineering, product, and research and development to support roadmap planning and efficient use of resources.
- Adapt swiftly to evolving priorities and ambiguous conditions, adjusting plans and expectations in line with organizational agility and operational needs.
- Use technical expertise to guide teams, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement to achieve key program outcomes, while fostering innovation and professional development.
Compensation
The base salary range is determined by skills and experience. Total compensation includes base pay, cash incentives (if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
