Responsibilities

- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis
- Work closely with product teams to align infrastructure with roadmap goals
- Define metrics and dashboards for system health
- Improve developer workflows through infrastructure enhancements
- Support migration of legacy systems to modern platforms
- Contribute to capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies
- Promote observability and logging best practices
- Evaluate third-party services and vendor solutions
- Ensure infrastructure supports rapid iteration and deployment
- Foster a culture of operational excellence across teams
