What You'll Do

Provide technical leadership, strategy, and direction for engineering initiatives
Architect, design, and implement complex, scalable, and reliable software systems
Mentor and coach engineers to foster technical growth and excellence
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions
Drive technical decisions and set standards for code quality and system design

What We're Looking For

Extensive experience as a principal or lead engineer in a SaaS environment
Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale, distributed systems
Deep expertise in modern software development practices and cloud technologies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong mentoring and leadership skills with a focus on team development
