At Énergir, we are looking for a Principal ServiceNow Functional Analyst to play a central role in our ServiceNow project value chain. Reporting to the Collaboration Platforms Manager, you will be the key liaison between business needs and technical solutions, helping to structure internal practices, improve quality, and ensure knowledge sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements with product owners.
- Reframe solution-oriented requests to their fundamental business needs.
- Propose relevant technical alternatives.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Participate in solution design on ServiceNow with architects and developers.
- Contribute to platform configuration: workflows, forms, business rules, etc.
- Manage roles, rights, groups, and licenses on the platform.
- Act as a functional expert on ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, SPM, IRM, ESG, etc.
- Participate in platform evolution and process optimization.
- Perform functional tests and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure deliverable quality and support users in adopting new features.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in computer engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as a functional analyst or ServiceNow integrator.
- Demonstrated experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
- In-depth knowledge of one of the two modules (SPM or IRM) is required.
- Knowledge of workflows, service catalogs, and automations.
- Ability to understand platform architecture and collaborate with architects.
- Mastery of requirement gathering and process modeling techniques (BPMN, flowcharts).
- Comfort with collaborative tools: Jira, Confluence, Office 365.
- Understanding of integration, APIs, and data management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication.
- Initiative and ability to challenge requests.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Proactivity and autonomy in managing priorities.
Nice to Have
- Mastery of both modules (SPM and IRM) is a major asset.
