Responsibilities
- Execute the strategic vision for sales operations and support functions within assigned sales teams
- Evaluate ongoing business performance against growth targets to provide key insights to sales leadership
- Lead weekly forecast meetings with sales leaders and manage forecast submissions into visualization tools
- Partner with sales leaders to construct full year territories and targets in line with GTM Plan and FP&A Revenue requirements
- Analyze market trends, sales performance data, and metrics to guide strategic decisions
- Represent the sales operations function in regional sales meetings and contribute to high-level strategic planning
- Ensure optimization and utilization of sales tools, CRM systems, and operational processes
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales teams to align operations with business strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 10+ Years of relevant experience and a proven track record of successful program implementation
- 5+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc
- Professional level skills with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong presentation skills: ability to recommend solutions to leadership supported by structured analysis

Additional Information
- This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
