EX Squared is hiring a Principal RWD Strategy Lead to define and spearhead our real-world data initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will be the strategic authority for RWD across the EMEA region, shaping how we leverage data to inform critical decisions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategic vision for real-world data utilization across EMEA
- Identify and prioritize high-impact RWD opportunities aligned with business objectives
- Develop comprehensive analytical roadmaps and frameworks for data-driven insights
- Guide cross-functional teams on the effective application and methodology of real-world evidence
- Communicate complex data strategies and value propositions to senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a strategic leadership role focused on real-world data or real-world evidence
- Deep understanding of the healthcare data landscape, regulatory environment, and analytics within EMEA
- Strong ability to translate business challenges into structured data strategies and analytical approaches
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at a senior level
- Self-motivated with the discipline to excel in a fully remote, distributed work setting
