Grafana Labs is expanding its engineering teams and is looking for talented individuals passionate about observability, open-source, and building scalable software. You will join a company dedicated to creating products that allow developers and organizations to visualize, analyze, and understand their metrics, logs, and traces.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain core components of Grafana's open-source and commercial products.
Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to translate complex requirements into reliable, performant systems.
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
Contribute to the wider open-source community around Grafana's projects.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience building and shipping production software.
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
Understanding of distributed systems, databases, and API design principles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
A passion for solving complex technical problems and a user-centric approach to development.
