Grafana Labs is expanding its engineering teams and is looking for talented individuals passionate about observability, open-source, and building scalable software. You will join a company dedicated to creating products that allow developers and organizations to visualize, analyze, and understand their metrics, logs, and traces.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain core components of Grafana's open-source and commercial products.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to translate complex requirements into reliable, performant systems.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Contribute to the wider open-source community around Grafana's projects.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Understanding of distributed systems, databases, and API design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
- A passion for solving complex technical problems and a user-centric approach to development.
