Grafana Labs is seeking a dedicated professional to join the team behind Grafana Loki, our log aggregation system designed for cost-effectiveness and high performance. You will contribute to a product that transforms log management for teams of all sizes.
What You'll Do
- Develop and enhance features for a distributed, cloud-native log aggregation system
- Work on improving performance, reliability, and scalability across the Loki stack
- Collaborate with the product team and community to prioritize and implement improvements
- Contribute to the open-source codebase and engage with the user community
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in building and operating distributed systems at scale
- Proficiency in Go programming language
- Experience with cloud-native technologies and observability tooling
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, open-source environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience contributing to or using Grafana Loki or similar observability platforms
- Understanding of log management, indexing, and query execution challenges
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and modern deployment paradigms
