EX Squared is hiring a Principal Systems Designer to spearhead research and development initiatives within our design organization. You will be instrumental in defining and advancing the foundational systems that shape our design practice.
What You'll Do
- Lead research and development efforts to innovate within the design function
- Design, define, and evolve complex systems and frameworks
- Establish methodologies and best practices for scalable design
- Guide the strategic direction of our design system capabilities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a systems designer, design architect, or similar senior role
- Expertise in research-driven design and development of foundational systems
- Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives in a remote, global context
- Strong systems thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in North America or Europe. You will collaborate with a globally distributed team.
