What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end project delivery across sectors such as Defence, Transport, Energy, Water, and Social Infrastructure. You’ll manage all phases of the project lifecycle—from initial planning and design coordination to tendering, contract oversight, and closeout—ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and safety standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and delivery partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication. You’ll coordinate diverse teams of specialists, aligning efforts to meet project goals efficiently and effectively.
Oversee risk, quality, and change management processes, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions. Maintain rigorous control over schedules, budgets, and compliance to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects across multiple sectors
- Strong understanding of contract administration, financial oversight, and project planning
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate inputs across technical disciplines
- Experience managing health, safety, and environmental compliance on major projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
