Zscaler is hiring a Principal Product Specialist

This remote role supports Zero Trust Branch initiatives by providing technical leadership during sales cycles, conducting product demonstrations, capturing customer requirements, managing solution evaluations, and guiding test plan execution to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver detailed technical product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Collect and analyze customer technical requirements to align solutions with business objectives
  • Manage product evaluations and implement customized configurations
  • Develop evaluation test strategies with customers and lead them to successful completion

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 10 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architect roles
  • Demonstrated experience selling network security technologies including SD-WAN, routing protocols, SWG, routing, proxies, firewalls, SSL/IPsec, VPNs, DLP, and end-user monitoring

Nice to Have

  • Hold industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, Network+, CCNP, CCIE, or Security+
  • Strong grasp of complex, multi-year sales cycles and experience using value-based storytelling techniques

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $195,000 - $243,750 USD. Commission, Bonus, Equity, and benefits are excluded from the base pay range
