Zscaler is hiring a Principal Product Specialist to join the Zero Trust Branch team. This remote role reports to the Director of Product Specialists and is focused on driving secure, cloud-enabled digital transformation for prospective customers.
What You'll Do
- Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers.
- Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet their goals.
- Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations.
- Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architect roles.
- Proven experience selling network security technologies including SD-WAN, routing protocols, SWG, proxies, firewalls, SSL/IPsec, VPNs, DLP, and end-user monitoring.
Nice to Have
- Industry standard certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, Network+, CCNP, CCIE, or Security+.
- Deep understanding of complex, multi-year sales cycles and expertise in value-based storytelling.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the global Specialty Sales team, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships.
