About the Role

Lead the vision and development of a core care delivery platform, aligning cross-functional teams to build impactful, user-centered products grounded in clinical rigor and product innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Define long-term product strategy for digital care offerings
  • Guide end-to-end development of clinical service features
  • Collaborate with clinical experts to ensure therapeutic integrity
  • Translate user insights into actionable product roadmaps
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality experiences
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility
  • Develop metrics to measure clinical and product success
  • Lead discovery efforts to uncover unmet user needs
  • Advocate for user-centered design across teams
  • Manage stakeholder alignment across departments
  • Drive adoption of new care models through product innovation
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for integration potential
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Mentor junior product team members
  • Present progress and strategy to executive leadership
  • Coordinate with data science to inform decision-making
  • Oversee user testing and validation processes
  • Refine onboarding flows for care service users
  • Optimize care delivery workflows for efficiency
  • Support scaling of provider-facing tools

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience in mental health tech or telehealth platforms
  • Background in clinical product governance or compliance
  • History of scaling digital care solutions at national level
  • Familiarity with value-based care models
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations
