Perforce is hiring a Principal Presales Engineer to join our Technical Sales department focused on Delphix. In this role, you will be the technical expert partnering with our sales team to understand complex customer challenges and architect solutions that demonstrate the Delphix platform's value.
What You'll Do
- Partner with sales executives to develop and execute technical account strategies
- Lead technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations for enterprise prospects
- Architect solution designs and proof-of-concept plans tailored to specific customer environments
- Act as the primary technical advisor for customers throughout the sales cycle
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role
- Strong ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Experience with enterprise data management, databases, APIs, or DevOps toolchains
- Demonstrated skill in building trusted advisor relationships with technical customers
- Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and events
Work Mode
This is a full-time remote position. While the role is remote, we have a preference for candidates located near our key hubs in Burlington, MA, Minneapolis, MN, or Raleigh, NC.
