Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical engineering teams in delivering healthcare and education sector projects within defined quality, schedule, and budget parameters
- Manage tender processes, client interactions, and represent the organization in meetings and selection interviews
- Guide and develop early-career engineers while coordinating collaboration across multiple disciplines
- Supervise BIM and Revit-based design workflows to ensure fully integrated and compliant technical solutions
- Oversee allocation of project resources, quality assurance protocols, statutory submissions, and coordination with contractors
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in mechanical building services design for healthcare and education facilities
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
- Currently progressing toward chartered professional engineering status
