Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations related to investor relations, including reporting, handling incoming requests, managing servicing transfers, and responding to ad hoc inquiries with accuracy and adherence to service level agreements.
- Lead and develop the investor relations team by setting clear expectations, tracking performance, distributing workloads fairly, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Take ownership of tracking and executing all investor relations deliverables, including maintaining centralized records, managing reporting schedules, and ensuring internal and third-party teams meet commitments on time.
- Act as the main coordinator for investor communications and requests, collaborating with servicing, capital markets, legal, and other departments to collect information, resolve issues, and provide accurate, timely responses.
- Oversee operational processes related to servicing transfers and investor requirements, ensuring all activities meet contractual, regulatory, and accuracy standards.
- Track service level agreement performance, identify potential delays or risks, escalate issues when necessary, and implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
- Assist the senior manager by preparing summaries, status reports, and presentation materials for leadership and investor discussions.
