Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in DFT architecture and system-on-chip (SoC) development methodologies.
- Lead DFT initiatives and resolve complex DFT-related challenges.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to establish and refine DFT requirements for SoCs, aligning with industry benchmarks and end-user expectations.
- Coordinate with internal DFT teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Engage with Product Engineering to understand test specifications and support silicon-level debugging efforts.
- Monitor evolving internal DFT needs and verify that CAD implements required flow enhancements.
