SanDisk seeks a Principal Engineer - ASIC Development Engineering (DFT) to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in developing the next-generation Flash Controllers by defining and implementing industry-leading DFT solutions.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement industry-leading DFT solutions for next-generation Flash Controllers.
- Lead different DFT tasks and provide solutions for DFT problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine SoC DFT requirements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer needs.
- Work closely with the internal DFT team and ensure timelines and quality of deliveries are met.
- Work closely with the Product Engineering team, understand test requirements, and get involved in silicon debugs.
- Continuously monitor enhancement needs on internal DFT and ensure all flow requirements are implemented by CAD.
What We're Looking For
- B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD in Electronics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in DFT.
- Strong understanding of DFT Architecture.
Technical Stack
- ASIC DFT Implementation tools.
- Hardware description languages (HDLs).
- SCAN implementation, MBIST implementation, ATPG.
- JTAG & BSDL standards.
- Test clocking requirements and Test mode timing closure.
- Silicon debugs and Shmoo analysis.
- Simulation environments.
