Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact between business stakeholders and engineering teams, converting strategic objectives into executable technology plans
- Assess publisher infrastructure and develop robust, scalable system designs
- Create comprehensive technical proposals for clients, detailing features, integrations, and required tooling
- Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising developers, designers, DevOps engineers, and technical project managers
- Ensure architectural consistency and quality across all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Oversee engineering teams distributed across multiple time zones
- Support engineer development through mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance
- Define component and plugin-level architecture, evaluating trade-offs and clearly communicating decisions
