Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery relationship with a leading global online sports betting and gaming client.
- Guide or advise on delivery best practices that support international scalability and business growth.
- Ensure all delivery strategies align with the company's vision for AI-powered service models.
- Oversee programme-level revenue performance, including margin, resource utilization, and profitability.
- Safeguard commercial sustainability by managing spending rates, forecasting costs, and monitoring engagement health.
- Contribute to deal design by advising on pricing, team structure, and delivery methods that balance quality and financial outcomes.
- Take full ownership of performance metrics across active client engagements.
- Ensure consistent, high-level reporting to client stakeholders across multi-departmental account reviews.
- Provide strategic oversight and act as the main escalation point for the entire delivery portfolio.
- Lead and motivate a global delivery team through a cohesive, AI-integrated delivery strategy.
- Establish operational rhythms and frameworks to enhance team performance and value delivery.
- Collaborate with the Client Partner to execute key delivery actions that support growth.
- Design delivery models for innovative, outcome-focused projects to ensure immediate client value.
- Help identify and develop new business opportunities through delivery-driven strategies.
- Build trust with senior client leaders, influencing decisions while understanding cross-functional risks and dependencies.
- Manage sensitive delivery discussions to safeguard business outcomes, margins, and risk exposure, with backup from the Client Partner.
