As the Principal Deal Review Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and refining Falcon Flex deal frameworks across the global organization. You'll serve as the go-to expert on deal economics, policy adherence, and governance, working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure transactions are structured effectively and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the design and implementation of Falcon Flex deals throughout their lifecycle—from new customer acquisition to renewals and expansions
- Lead comprehensive deal reviews, managing approval workflows and ensuring compliance with revenue policies and operational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex deal scenarios and support non-standard arrangements
- Conduct financial modeling to evaluate commercial terms, risk exposure, and long-term business impact
- Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders across departments
- Advise on pricing strategies for current and emerging product offerings
- Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and Marketing to align policies, streamline operations, and enhance automation
- Identify opportunities to improve deal execution processes and systems for greater efficiency and scale
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in sales operations, finance, deal desk, or related roles within a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Deep familiarity with ARR models, subscription economics, and revenue recognition principles
- Proven track record in financial analysis, business intelligence, and deal structuring
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ platforms, and sales technology ecosystems
- Strong ability to influence across departments and manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
