Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
- Minimum of 5 years Go-To-Market (GTM) Analyst Operations (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success).
- Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Domo,Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycles, and the mechanics of recurring revenue.
- A proven track record of not just delivering a dashboard, but explaining why the data looks the way it does and what the business should do next.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Direct experience in or supporting a Customer Success organization.
- Experience with CS-specific platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero),Gong, and Salesforce CRM.
- Must have high level of experience and examples using AI tools to help interpret, forecast and ideally predict what the data shows
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis
- Prior experience in strategy consulting or a similar high-stakes advisory role
