In this role, you will act as a sales-focused technology specialist and trusted advisor to clients, serving as the technical lead on projects. You will oversee Technical and Delivery Consultants on larger engagements, ensuring successful outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Research and evaluate client systems and architecture to develop conclusions and recommendations aligned with engagement objectives.
- Discuss project scope and budget with customers, directing projects to be implemented on time and on budget without sacrificing quality.
- Act as a team leader on large engagements, taking ownership of the project outcome and quality.
- Identify and resolve project issues directly with clients.
- Write proposal components or letters of understanding as needed and respond to RFPs and other marketing situations.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in professional services, with end-to-end expertise across pre-sales, architecture, design, and delivery.
- Significant expertise designing and delivering solutions using multiple Microsoft Azure data platform services (e.g., Synapse, Databricks, Data Factory, Logic Apps, Analysis Services).
- Experience designing and delivering IoT solutions using Microsoft technologies (e.g., Stream Analytics, IoT Hub).
- Experience with advanced analytics/ML platforms (e.g., SPARK, Azure Machine Learning, R Server).
- Expertise with Power BI.
Nice to Have
- TOGAF certification would be advantageous in this role.
