Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level civil engineering direction and uphold technical oversight for data centre developments, ensuring alignment with internal standards and legal regulations.
- Lead the evaluation, development, and approval of civil infrastructure designs, creating practical solutions for site layout, grading, stormwater management, roads, access routes, utility systems, and related civil components for data centre facilities.
- Collaborate with civil engineers and technical experts across disciplines including geotechnical, structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental, architectural, and project controls, both within the UK and internationally.
- Support client relations, business growth initiatives, long-term infrastructure planning, and industry innovation, while guiding and advancing civil engineering professionals to strengthen technical performance in the data centres market.
