Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily performance and functionality of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify process improvements and system enhancements
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, and change management initiatives
- Ensure system configurations support warehouse automation and scalability needs
- Monitor key performance metrics related to system uptime and order accuracy
- Partner with IT to resolve technical issues and maintain system security
- Develop training materials and lead user adoption programs
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements
- Support warehouse layout and workflow design aligned with system capabilities
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and system tuning
- Coordinate cross-functionally with logistics, procurement, and customer service
- Lead projects to expand system functionality across new facilities
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and audit requirements
- Maintain documentation for system processes and configurations
- Evaluate emerging technologies for integration with existing platforms
- Provide input on capital planning for warehouse automation projects
- Mentor junior team members and support professional development
- Oversee incident response and root cause analysis for system disruptions
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
