Financiera oh! (Grupo Intercorp) is seeking a Pricing Strategy Specialist to provide strategic support to the Pricing Management team. In this role, you will drive business decisions related to Nutrition and Wellness categories, focusing on identifying value capture opportunities, optimizing profitability, and ensuring the effective execution of the pricing strategy across the entire organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead the execution and implementation of consumer pricing strategy, designing action plans to correct prices and detect value opportunities across over 1800 SKUs.
- Design, monitor, and analyze key consumer pricing KPIs by category, brand, and channel, developing reports and scorecards for managerial decision-making.
- Participate in designing BPPCRA (Brand, Price, Pack, Channel, Region) strategies, evaluating market opportunities and leading the analysis of pricing tools and profitability studies.
- Identify opportunities and threats related to price and volume variations by region, channel, and brand, generating action plans to optimize results.
- Manage, alongside commercial teams, the SKU rationalization process to optimize the portfolio and improve the company's overall profitability.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Intelligence, Planning, or Commercial Strategy.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced level of English.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Python or R Studio for data analysis.
