WillScot is seeking a Pricing Manager to join our dynamic team and drive pricing strategies that optimize revenue, profitability, and our competitive position. You will contribute to the development and execution of strategies that support business goals and drive revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Support the adoption and utilization of the PROS Smart Price Optimization & Management system, helping to implement and maintain dynamic pricing strategies.
- Execute pricing initiatives such as price optimization, market and competition analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Conduct regular pricing reviews to evaluate current structures and provide data-informed recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to implement pricing actions aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain pricing governance processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
- Monitor the performance of the PROS pricing system, ensuring accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support senior pricing leadership and contribute to mentoring junior team members when needed.
- Work with IT and data teams to support data integration and reporting within the PROS platform.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Between 4 and 6 years of experience in pricing, finance, revenue management, or related fields.
- Proven experience conducting pricing analyses and making data-informed recommendations.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
