RRD is looking for a Presentation Associate to join our team in Columbus, OH. You will provide high-quality presentation services for financial services and banking clients, including design, editing, and workflow coordination. What You'll Do
- Utilize logs and tracking software to manage all presentation work requests.
- Assess job requests thoroughly and ensure proper completion throughout the task lifecycle.
- Perform presentation design work, including creating pitch books and editing materials to support the client’s brand.
- Use established standards and formats to edit, proof, and create presentations to client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using the necessary equipment, technology, software, and hardware.
- Communicate clearly with team members, lead, supervisor, or client regarding job or deadline concerns.
- Meet all contracted deadlines for service delivery to clients.
- Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems.
- Help foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building.
- Perform Quality Assurance on your own work and the work of others as requested.
- Adhere to all company and client policies.
- Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of presentations experience.
- Skilled in the use of MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Strong keyboarding and typing skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe PDF & Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate knowledge of grammar, spelling, and composition.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
- Able to exercise good judgment to make decisions that conform to business needs and policy.
- Good problem-solving skills, with understanding of when to escalate issues.
- Ability to maintain professional composure under deadline pressure.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude.
