As a Presales Solution Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor to prospects and customers, helping them identify and implement solutions that align with their business goals. You'll partner closely with the sales team to move opportunities forward—from initial discovery through to closing—by delivering tailored demonstrations, leading technical workshops, and shaping persuasive business cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales leadership to support high-value opportunities and accelerate deal progression
- Conduct discovery sessions and solution workshops with both business and IT stakeholders
- Design and deliver customized product demonstrations that highlight relevant use cases and outcomes
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, showcasing the value of platform capabilities
- Analyze customer data and workflows to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation
- Work with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Enablement to refine messaging, content, and go-to-market strategies
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions to influence future development
- Ensure seamless handoffs to implementation teams by establishing strong foundational understanding and alignment
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in solution consulting, management consulting, or enterprise SaaS environments
- Proven track record engaging with C-level executives and technical decision-makers
- Strong grasp of enterprise applications, system integrations, workflow automation, database structures, and user-centered design
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences
- Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple concurrent opportunities
- Comfortable traveling occasionally to support client engagements
