Responsibilities
- Lead proof of concept initiatives as the primary technical contact, managing implementation and onboarding processes.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations in collaboration with sales, adapting content and data models to client-specific use cases.
- Serve as a technical bridge for existing clients, supporting product adoption across pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal phases.
- Represent the organization in client interactions, nurturing relationships built on trust and mutual value.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly and maintain service quality.
- Adopt a client-first mindset to ensure high satisfaction while upholding company standards and operational feasibility.
- Conduct periodic technical account reviews, on-site visits, and product training sessions to deliver actionable insights.
- Guide clients in optimizing their use of solutions to achieve desired outcomes and sustained success.
- Act as a trusted advisor on technical and solution design matters for client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate and prioritize client-driven feature requests.
- Proactively identify alignment opportunities between client needs and platform capabilities to drive adoption.
