Even in regions with inconsistent infrastructure, our platform enables money transfers. Since 2017, we've launched a mobile application facilitating cash transactions, peer-to-peer payments, and business transfers. Currently, we serve millions across 9 countries with rapid expansion.

How You'll Contribute
We've become the leading financial service provider, serving over 7 million users. Our product potential and customer impact remain immense.
Customer and agent relationships are crucial. The Premium Cash Officer manages agency operations, supervising staff and resources. This role requires skilled guidance of assistants and adept conflict management.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage cash transfers between safe and account systems
- Conduct daily bill counting and documentation
- Accurately record cash management transactions
- Request fund rebalancing with agents/clients
- Coordinate cash-in-transit transactions
- Document assistant-reported challenges
- Identify counterfeit currency
- Maintain office security and equipment
- Escalate relevant operational feedback

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years cash management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics
- Fluent French
- Banking/customer service background
