About the Role

HSBC Group is hiring a Premier Account Executive for its Mexico operations. In this role, you will provide the highest level of service and personalized financial advice to our Mass Affluent Advance and Premier segment clients, focusing on portfolio retention and strategic growth.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver the highest level of service for clients' daily financial requirements.
  • Offer personalized advisory to meet short, medium, and long-term financial needs.
  • Proactively retain your assigned client portfolio.
  • Grow the product portfolio of assigned clients by collaborating with business units.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative or Financial fields (in progress or completed) or a completed High School diploma.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service and/or client care.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Premier products and services.
  • AMIB Certification.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and external regulations.
  • Knowledge of Financial Mathematics.
  • Understanding of branch operational systems and procedures.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability in business identification and development.
  • Experience in portfolio administration.
  • A passion for sales.
  • Skill in detecting client needs.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday.

Nice to Have

  • Sales experience preferably within the financial sector.
