About the Role
The individual in this position will work closely with the sales team to provide technical insight during client engagements, translating security requirements into effective solution proposals and supporting the pre-sales process from initial inquiry to proof of concept.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their security challenges and objectives
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client environments
- Collaborate with sales representatives to craft customized security proposals
- Conduct proof-of-concept deployments to validate solution effectiveness
- Respond to client requests for information and technical questionnaires
- Translate customer requirements into appropriate architectural designs
- Support the creation of security-focused sales materials and case studies
- Stay current with evolving security threats and mitigation technologies
- Assist in defining scope for security assessments and consulting projects
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences as a technical representative
- Work with engineering teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests
- Evaluate competitor offerings and develop comparative analyses
- Help onboard new clients by guiding initial configuration and integration
- Provide input on product development based on market needs
- Maintain documentation for pre-sales activities and technical configurations
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale
- Advise on compliance standards relevant to client industries
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during demonstration phases
- Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline demo environments
- Ensure all pre-sales activities comply with data protection policies
