About the Role

The Pre-Sales Lead will act as a bridge between sales and technical teams, delivering tailored solutions to prospective clients and supporting the sales cycle with in-depth product knowledge and customer insight.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and objectives
  • Develop and present customized solution demonstrations
  • Translate customer business requirements into technical configurations
  • Support the creation of proposals and responses to RFPs
  • Act as a technical advisor during customer meetings and presentations
  • Identify opportunities to align product capabilities with customer challenges
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and roadmap
  • Work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback
  • Assist in defining proof of concept scopes and success criteria
  • Coordinate with engineering resources for complex solution designs
  • Drive technical validation processes with prospective clients
  • Ensure sales teams have necessary tools and materials for pre-sales activities
  • Track and report on pre-sales engagement metrics
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Support training initiatives for internal teams on solution offerings
