Twilio is hiring a Regulatory and Inventory Operations Engineer (Fluent Japanese Speaker)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Manage inventory levels and stock to meet operational needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and report on inventory metrics and performance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support and training to team members on regulatory and inventory procedures.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and regulatory documents.
  • Work closely with the legal and compliance departments to address issues.
  • Implement and manage inventory management systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of regulatory and inventory data.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new regulatory policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential regulatory and inventory issues.
  • Participate in the development of regulatory and inventory training programs.
  • Ensure that all regulatory and inventory processes are documented and followed.
  • Provide input on the development of new inventory management strategies.
