Responsibilities

- Support the creation of customized security system designs
- Conduct on-site or virtual presentations for potential clients
- Assist in defining project scope during initial sales stages
- Coordinate with engineering teams to clarify product capabilities
- Stay current with product updates and new feature rollouts
- Participate in trade shows and customer events as technical representative
- Troubleshoot pre-deployment design challenges
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with local regulations in system designs
- Work closely with post-sales teams to ensure smooth transitions
- Provide feedback from the field to product development
- Assist in training partners on technical features
- Evaluate third-party integration possibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor offerings
- Support RFP and RFQ responses with technical input
