What You'll Do
Support sales initiatives with in-depth technical guidance during client engagements, ensuring solutions are accurately represented and tailored to customer requirements. Lead technical presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations for clients, distributors, and internal teams, clearly explaining system capabilities and integration options.
Train dealer and distributor technical staff to strengthen their understanding of product functionality and deployment best practices. Collaborate with product development by providing field insights, testing new features, and contributing to technical documentation. Conduct market analysis to evaluate competitor offerings and identify differentiators. Build lasting relationships with key partners and assist in defining solution strategies based on customer use cases.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years in a technical sales or systems integration role within security technologies such as intrusion detection, video surveillance, access control, or home automation.
- Demonstrated experience designing or installing security systems, including CCTV, fire detection, and intrusion solutions.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer and partner engagements.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and the ability to operate independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in public speaking or technical instruction is an advantage.
