ocumeda GmbH is looking for a Praktikum Strategy & Growth (m/w/d) to join our fast-growing MedTech startup. You will work directly on strategic initiatives, growth projects, and partner development, helping to build our platform from market analysis to the implementation of new ideas. We are changing the way people access ophthalmology.
What You'll Do
- Create market and competitive analyses, and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare pitch decks and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the conception and implementation of strategic initiatives for partner acquisition and development
- Co-design internal processes to scale the business model
- Take responsibility for smaller sub-projects with high visibility within the company
What We're Looking For
- Advanced university studies (minimum 4th semester) in business administration, management, strategy, health economics, or a comparable field
- Enjoy analyzing data, recognizing patterns, and communicating them clearly
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Enthusiasm for an agile environment with lots of responsibility and room for own ideas
- Available for 4–6 months
- Resident in Munich or willing to regularly be on-site in the office
Nice to Have
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint

You'll join a dynamic, highly motivated, entrepreneurial team of 11-50 employees with interdisciplinary backgrounds in optometry, medicine, software development, AI, and strategy. You will have direct exchange with our experienced, diverse founding team.
