Aledade was looking for a Practice Support Manager, Remote

Aledade is hiring a Practice Support Manager to lead operational support for our network of primary care practices. In this role, you will be a critical partner in ensuring our practices have the resources, processes, and guidance needed to thrive in value-based care models.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize daily operational workflows for partner practices.
  • Analyze practice performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training and support materials for practice staff.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned practices, troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement new tools and programs.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, practice management, or a similar support role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of primary care practice workflows and value-based care concepts.
